Absolute disgraceful mix of incompetence and unwillingness to own mistakes. No accountability for contract drivers who get things wrong more than right.
Waiting for response as an Christmas present was processed through this depot and it's been delivered to the wrong address left in safe drop that wasnt my address. Have requested for the address it went to and nobody at Australia post can tell me. 'Safe drop' at wrong address and now who knows if or when my daughter will get her christmas gift. Seems to be a common occurrence- need to improve your tracking and staff ability to read maps and follow gps directions
Not too bad. Parcel was RTS as I put the address of the next door property. Had they have asked it could have been delivered.
My parcel has been sitting here for a weak and abit now after coming from nsw in under 24hours move my stuff or I'll come get it
The last scan of my parcel was here at Sunshine West. And it has been 2 weeks, still haven’t received, why?
