Not the best experience when purchasing a click and collect. Was told where to go, where to park and to wait. Waited for ten minutes before the instructions given proved incorrect. So I had to actually go to the wall outside the store, call the number. Wait for someone to come outside. Show my email, then wait some more, collect my item and head back to my car.nnUsually this doesn't bother me, but the entire process wasn't right. I was told to hit this link, follow these directions. Wait in my car and hit this button to notify the store I had arrived. Turns out that was all wrong.nnSorry, but I won't be returning here, and the staff weren't the most helpful either.

Having a JB within walking distance of your house is of the upmost importance when choosing where to live. The staff at this one are particularly friendly and helpful.
