Nice shop, very clean. Not too crowded and they have everything in stock! Would recommend!

Purchased an IPhone charger whith the box already opened I received a $15.00 discount. Next day I came back with the faulty product. Officeworks immediately replaced it with a new unopened charger at no extra cost. Thankyou Officeworks for going the extra mile much appreciated.

Terrible customer service, attempted to call the store many many times, regarding an order, but I did not receive a response in anyway. I’m tired of waiting on call and not being able to speak to someone. I hope Officeworks Altona North has the capability of making a drastic improvement in their telephone customer service sector, sincerely disappointed.

The employees at Officeworks Altona North were super patient with my inquiries. Multiple employees working together to solve my issues. I bought the wrong pricing gun and they were able to return it without any issues, even though it was open (provided the receipt m). Unfortunately their stock was a bit low in the “pricing gun” department, however they were willing to order items online for me and have them sent to either the store or my home. I will continue to go back to this location when I’m in the area, as the service was great!
