JB Hi-Fi Altona HOME

We were looking to purchase a fridge, washer and a dryer for our new home. Ask for Anthony at JB Hifi Altona North - he was fantastic. He took the time to explain the advantages of the different dryer types and when we asked about a particular brand he did not hesitate to show us a comparable and cheaper option. He thoroughly explained the delivery options and not once pushed us to take up the extended warranties. It was such a smooth and friendly shopping experience and we can not wait for the items to be delivered in a couple of days.

Sales staff don't know what they are doing. I had confirmed on phone regarding stock availability of print cartridges, however when I reach there the staff say it's not available and make excuses regarding some fault in their system. They wasted my 1 hour of travel.

I went into JB Hi-Fi Altona North today to purchase an Apple IPhone . I was served by a worker called Lawra. She was very helpful and knew what she was talking about. She helped me make the right choice. I would recommend her to friends and family. I will definitely be back to this store.

The customer service of the store is amazing!!! They are super helpful and super nice to customers !! Highly recommend the store and the staff! :)nnEspecially @steve who helped me with refund and cancellation of my iphone ! :)

staff are very nice, big variety of electronics...a bit expensive but thats ok
