To write a review one has to rate the company. It really should be zero. The company a Charlatan. We purchased 5 base units of which 2 were faulty. They don't answer emails or calls and they want to charge me $160 for the two base units to add software for the units to fire up. Guess what they wrote back to me today.......here it goes be shocked......and this is how they run the business......................nemail from Eileen at ABM computers................................Campbellfieldn...........................nnyou didnt buy them with windows 10 license ????ni think covid-19 damaged your brain a bit !!!nyou cant get anything from us like writing this !nbye byeeennTOTALLY DISGUSTING SERVICE AND THESE PEOPLE ARE EXACTLYB AS WRITTTEN THIEVES!

VERY VERY VERY bad service. I bought Laptop and the Guy gave me warranty of 90 Days. I went back after 7 days that couple of USB ports are broken and Software are not working at all as window is corrupted. His behavior was too rude and refuse to help. I strongly recommend not to buy anything from them online - or from EBAY or from store. I have worst experience ever and I'll complaint to Consumer affair as well.
