Officeworks Richmond

I recently came in to this shop to print something from a USB stick, I was having some trouble when Natasha came and helped me. She was so nice and understanding. And helped me find a few other items. I’ve since been to a few other office works, but have not received the same service I received at the Richmond store.n10/10!

Amazing service in normal times. Usually they do great, and I really like going. Their customer service is great.nnEverything we get a lockdown, OfficeWorks becomes useless, staff just walking around. Not communicating among them. Just terrible.

Normal enough officeworks, was made very uncomfortable by the 2 male staff obviously following me around making sure i wasn’t shoplifting.nI understand a business needs to protect itself but I left feeling a bit embarrassed

Great officeworks, no issues and parking is easy. Love their long opening hours when not in lockdown.
