Australia Post - Research LPO

These lovely people went well out of their way to connect me with a parcel after it had been addressed to the wrong street number.nTaking the time to recognise my name and ring the contact number on the delivery docket was over and above what would be expected in their job description.

The new couple that have taken over in the past few months are absolutely delightful. They are always polite, energetic, and sort out any postal queries/services I might have quickly and efficiently. For a small LPO, there is an amazing range of cards for absolutely any occasion, and more room to address letters and parcels than in the much busier Eltham Post Office. One should ignore the other low-rating reviews for this site, as they likely either reference the old owners, (whom I admit were not particularly friendly at all) or are solely based on racial grounds. I always try to come to this LPO to support local business. Keep up the great work!
