Abraham is my Mr Fixit. I have had lots of small things and some pretty big problems and Abraham has always had amswers, on the spot. He knows his stuff.

I asked Abraham in the phone if he could help repair my MacBook Pro Retina today, and he laughed at me and hung up, saying “no computer shop will help you repair that today”.nnI mean, it’s ok if you can’t do it because b a rush mate, it there is no need to laugh at me and hang up for asking. I’m desperately trying to get my business back up and running, that’s why I asked if you could do it as soon as possible, there was no need to be so rude.nnAbraham, I hope it’s your business mate, because if you were an employee of mine I’d be pretty disappointed in your conduct.
