I purchased a 2nd hand Yamaha GC1 from Piano Gallery in May 2021. I live in Canberra, so I didn't actually see the piano before purchasing it. The piano arrived in Canberra safely and the piano is beautiful, even better than the photo advertised online. It is pretty much like a brand new piano. It looks so great and plays very very nicely. It is a very pleasant purchasing experience. John is very knowledgeable about pianos, piano deliveries and is just a really nice, easygoing and kind person. He truly cares about his customers. My husband decided to get me a new piano for Christmas. Alex Steinbach piano, brought at the Piano Gallery has changed my life! It sounds divine and its shiny, dark-cherry exterior makes a fashion statement. Due to its modern features, including headphones, I can practice any time of the day. The magic is that Imperial German scale had been adapted to orchestral or organ sound. Imagine playing Bach at 3 am, all to yourself, not disturbing your neighbours?! John has been helpful from the minute he came to evaluate my Compagnie-Concordia piano made in Berlin at the turn of the 20th century, to the finest tuning of my new piano. What a Christmas present!
