I.T. CAMPUS

I.T. Campus is probably the best computer store in Melbourne. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking for a Laptop for myself but do not have too much knowledge about it. Shop manager explained to me everything and finally I got the perfect one I want. I highly recommend anyone to shop for their computer products because the service you get here is top grade.

We went to I.T. Campus couple days ago after being recommended by a trusted friend. We were browsing with intent on buying a refurbished laptop. My son had researched what type of laptop he wanted, and found that I.T. Campus is much cheaper than all others. I had a limited budget and was shown what I need for my PC and the range I got came within budget. I am very happy and appreciate with the quality and the service that was provided. My salesman was Wilson and he couldn't have been more helpful. I would come back and speak to the salesmen anytime.

The best customer service I have ever experienced !!!nI've had a lot of experiences within the customer service realm but I don't think any company is as brilliant and genuine with their customers as I.T. Campus is.nI got a faulty Laptop to repair with them. I can safely say no company has better customer service than this. Wilson was a pleasure to deal with. He was kind, honest and to the point about all aspects of the repair process. He kept me updated, placed priority on my issue and the company as a whole found me a solution that worked. The responses were quick and professional, I felt safe the entire process. I never felt like I was being cheated or left alone. I will urge all my friends, family and anyone reading this to purchase from them.nThank you to I.T. Campus for their assistance throughout the process - I wish I could give them a higher rating but unfortunately I cannot.

Fixed my laptop quicker than I thought, and for cheaper than I expected. They do same day services which are super convenient for me. The guy who fixed my laptop was totally lovely and was more than happy to explain what he thought had gone wrong, how to prevent it in the future, and gave me advice on programs to use in the future to help prevent the problem I'd had. I'd absolutely use this company again, and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.

These guys know their stuff and they go out of their way to help you. Recently, I gave them a set of requirements for a Laptop and they gave me a choice of two together with the pros and cons of each. I have been very happy with the choice. I.T. Campus have been my main supplier of computer gear and services almost since they started for good reason. I am very impressed by the way they conducted their business.
