The guy who works here is extremely nice and helpful. He helped me with my violin and kindled the fire in me to pursue playing the violin. He also gave me a local violin tutor when I asked for it. Definitely a good place if music is your passion.

Joules has fixed 3 of my guitars the latest being an Epiphone arch top which I love but never enjoyed playing until I gave it to Joules, now it sounds brilliant after having the better strings suggested to me and a bit of action lowering. Brilliant service quick, reliable and right first time everytime.

JOULES at Caulfield Music Centre provides great service and best attention to details. I had 4 guitars restrung by Joules and they came back looking brand spanking new! Dreadnought and tuning pegs cleaned and polished, heads and necks and bodies completely dust-free and with a gleaning shine, fret boards lemon oiled, strings properly stretched and tuned, a free pick for each guitar! Certainly a whole lot more than I expected. Thoroughly recommended for all guitar lovers ...! Bravo Joules and the Caulfield Music Centre!

Joules is such wonderful help and he knows his stuff. He was great in advising me how to start my son on guitar (Henry the guitar teacher is equally wonderful!). Recently, he helped in choosing an excellent beginner electric guitar for my son with a very good package (amp, straps etc). Highly recommended!
