Absolutely shocking service, completely rude. Couldn’t find my parcel, even thought it had my parcel collect number just a different first name, continued to say it was my fault.

worst post office staff ever. charge more for postage than any other post office in the area! lost countless of our online items. rip you off on lotto tickets. cant even speak proper english. demand you use cash over credit.

Ok in person service but terrible phone service. Takes multiple calls to get through, doesnt listen and will hang up on you. I explained I was away and that I got a notification that my parcel had arrived and would be sent back before I returned, twice, both times I got a spiel saying to check the tracking and come in if the parcel is there. AS I SAID I CANT COME IN IM AWAY.
