I had a really nice customer service experience. The lady that served me was really helpful and gave me some good pieces of advice.

I always get great service here from all the staff. Good location too. At least one extended day of taxing hours would be helpful.

Absolute worse experience with aus post ever today. I cannot imagine a worse, less empathetic and more rude person to ‘serve’ me today if you can even call it that. 15/1/2020 in the morning

Told me that the biometric photos I had taken at a pharmacy were no good for a passport and insisted I have them redone, despite the fact that the photos fit perfectly in the DFAT photo template. It seemed like they were trying to scam me for the extra $$. Additionally, staff were standoffish.

Post Office from hell. Intransigent unresponsive work-to-rule “jobsworth” staff. Things will improve when the staff change
