Australia Post - Heidelberg LPO

Terrible customer service. Before I post a 4 kilo Paracel I went there and asked if all of the items that I wanna post are ok for posting to my country. The guy named Roy said it's ok. I posed my parcel after 2 weeks they called me and said you can't post these items!!!!! When I said I asked you before post anything he said it's misunderstanding!!! I got my parcel. I went there 3 times to get my money back with my receipt but each time they said we need different things. One time he said I have to scan the barcode on the box, next time he need the whole paper work!!!! Never go back in there!

Poor service.... the short girl is not friendly, not helpful and not smiling. I had an experience that we really need to send something but they did not help us.... I went to the Ivanhoe AusPost and they accommodate and help us so fast.... if I'll do it again I'd rather go to the Ivanhoe AusPost....

The lady at the counter was really nice and served me quickly and efficiently. When i asked her about why the auspost website was listing a price for 80 dollars to send a lightweight large parcel, she said to come down with it and they would check for me, and that it shouldn't cost that much to send a box to Queensland. I always go here when in Vic to send my mail.

I'm constantly sick and tired of always having to pick up my delivers at the post office when there is always someone at home. When I complain to the officers in the post office they take no accountability and put the blame onto the third party delivery service. Time is money and clearly no one gives a too hoots to actually ring up to my apartment complex, which shouldn't be the reason to not deliver someone's good. I'm going to make a complaint because the service is not good enough!

The short girl with a lot of makeup on working there has a really bad attitude. She did minimal to answer my query about a parcel. I was literally looking at her face and waiting for a reply while she was busy playing with her nails. She shows no respect to the customer whatsoever. She acted like i was there just wasting her time. She did the same to my husband when he went there to apply for a key pass. She wasted an hour of his. We were waiting there for her to call us. Nobody was in the line. She was on her phone. Then looked at me and was like yeah, like it was hurting her to serve me.
