Australia Post - Ivanhoe North LPO

Absolute appalling service. Made us wait for her to finish her other tasks and served us whilst sorting out letters for the postman. Does not know how to prioritise customers!

Very disorganised.. they can never find my parcels as they have thrown it onto a disorganised pile of other parcels.. often told i have to wait or come back later when they are not busy.. but they wouldn't be so busy if they were more organised with their parcels in the first place.. avoid this PO if you can

Delivery can be a bit hit and miss, most things are delivered fine, but I’ve also waited at home for a delivery and after repeated door checks the collection card appears – No attempt to knock. The service at the post office is generally very good, and the woman who works there is lovely and helpful. Don’t get there at 9am expecting it to be open - Seems to be on island time :)

Always get quick, efficient, friendly and very helpful service. I use this post office 4-5 times a week.
