Went in there at 11:30am to get a photo for a "working with children check" and got told we're not going to do any more today (even though they are listed as able to do it and the staff member able to do it was there). Lied about booking required at other post offices and said come back during the week. Just too lazy to do it and not at all worried about inconveniencing customers. Appallingly bad service.

We have been in the area for 10 years and every time we have visited the local post office, we have always been a happy customer. However, this time I walked in at 4.45pm needing an ID verification form done urgently. Instead of trying to serve the customer this rude staff responded " no we dont do any of this ID checks after 4pm". Well in case you havent noticed you are still on the clock and the business hour is till 5pm!! I am paying your wa!! Pull yourself together and put your lazy unprofessional work attitude elsewhere!!
