Staff are super nice and friendly when you visit the store , but your chance of getting a parcel actually delivered to your house is very low.

Courier takes parcel to Heidelberg west post office because no one was home .. Okay Auspost Heidelberg West .. FYI: VICTORIA COVID Lockdown. How about getting out of your vehicle and approaching the address for starters. Ring the 13 number and no less than a 35 minute wait. Ugh! #Straya

Why put collect parcel stamps in mailboxes that don’t have any mail to collect

In store experience was good however the delivery staff never knocks the door but will simply keep the collect card in the post box. Today the delivery women was doing the same and had to stop her before leaving to get my parcel. Was waiting at the door to see some one from the Auspost as this is a common practice.
