Awesome customer service by Alicia. Went in for my passport application with photos taken by another franchise post office which were not taken correctly for the passport purposes. Alicia took new photos and did not charge me for new set of photos and the whole process just took under 10 minutes. Excellent job! Would definitely go there even if it’s just driving that bit longer compared to the post office close by. #passport #photos

I am appalled at how staff member Kathy was treated by her fellow staff. Kathy was very attentive in dealing with my elderly parents whose English is very limited. Staff member Stana and a short man were becoming very aggressive towards her as the queue was growing, I couldn't believe it. 5 stars for the lovely Kathy and zero stars for for the other two.

Staff is polite wonderful and very respectful l go there every Saturday when its open
