I used to avoid this particular post office like the plague, however they now have newer staff who are fantastic. Every time they deliver with helpfulness and courtesy. Thank you very much!

Went there to renew passport. The young lady (staff?)and the asian guy (owner?) at the counter were extremely rude. Rejected my passport photos stating it had pen marks, (which it did not) and that it was not to Australian passport requirements. She said they can take photos there. I told them that the photos were taken professionally at Office works and their comment was that they were having problems with office work photos, which is totally untrue.Their cost was much higher than Officeworks. I think they want to reject photos deliberately to generate business for themselves. Went to, Mill Park Post office with the same photos and no problems. My passport was accepted and has since been renewed. Australian Passport Office should do something about these unscrupulous operators! Would have zero stars but site does not allow.

Standard auspost. When it first opened years ago the staff there appeared to have permanent stressful days. I go to buy stamps and pick up parcels. No real issue of you just do those services.

No stars from me!!! I went in on a Thursday afternoon the 2 ladies at the counter were both attending to the same customer with a passport issue there was 4 people in the line but this did not seem to concern them, after about 3 minutes the taller lady looked up and went out to the back room , when she finally came back she continued on with the passport customer , unfortunately i need to use this outlet as I work in the precinct, she is repeat offender and judging by the comment I have read below I'm not the only one who thinks this, Australia Post standards are at an all time low👎
