Great Customer Service! Attention to detail! Goes above and beyond to help me! Have been going here for 6 months to service my online retail business. Absolutely Second to None!

Have been getting my parcels picked up from there for a while and recently got a PO Box to make all my mail pick ups easier. The lady who helped me and set up reminders and everything for me, Yerivan, was fantastic. Nothing too hard or too much hassle. Calls me by my first name and says hello each and every time I go in. Follows up and let’s me know the situation with our borders opening so I can send a parcel to Jordan. A real pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Rude and shameless staff. All they do is think about how they can get more money out of people. I hear the Asian man trying to con the oldies and pushing them and forcing them to buy more. They are VULTURES in that store . They need training in customer service but they prefer to make their customers feel embarrassed and want to never come back again !! Disgraceful Service !
