Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and helpful with modern pool water testing equipment. Had supplies of flocculent when everyone else was sold out. My new pool shop!

Unfortunately the owner is rude and unfriendly. He also has a lack of empathy for an 'old customer' who came back from overseas. The young team seems quite friendly though.

Took quick payment but never mentioned any issues with ordering until I went back to the store 2 weeks later to inquire why my filter hadn't come in yet. Said it would be 2 business days to find it still hadn't been ordered when I went into the store weeks later. Wouldn't return calls when I inquired by phone.
