I like the walk in option. The girl was nice. Didnt start conversation but happily responded to conversation. I like the store, it was clean and beautifully decorated. Had my eyebrows threaded for first time. She was fast and I think they look good. She just cleaned up and kept my existing shape which is what I wanted. Only criticism is didnt wipe my face after and didn't apply any pressure or soothing moisturiser.

These ladies are the best eyebrow technicians out there. I have been everywhere and no comparison. Will keep coming to this store!
Been there for waxing and threading.
They gave me the used towel while waxing which is full of wax on it.
Coming to the bed the same full of wax which sticks to your hair, when you need to lay on it.
Too expensive for the services and untidy.
I don’t recommend this place.
So upset with my experience here. I understand, it is walk in so it wouldn't be incredible - but they didn't even ask what shape I wanted? Then when I looked in the mirror I was in shock at how thin my brows were. Then when it came to the tint, I asked for medium and left with dark brows. No timer was set. Extremely upset with the result. Will not be returning.
