I told the worker to clean up my brows but keep them thick. As she was threading I could feel something was not right. After she had finished I got such a shock! They were paper thin and on was much short than the other. I told her that they were not matching and I reminded her that I wanted a clean and thick not reshaped and paper thin. She grabbed a pencil and tried to show me they were they same. What a joke! After I clearly showed her how bad they were she had the audacity to tell me ‘you can draw them back on’. If I could give this a zero I would *** In response to the owner below. This is definitely the correct store. I did not mention that a brow pencil was used, I stated that the worker told me I could fix her mistake with a brow pencil at home.

Staff are competent, not perfect but procedures don't hurt. Reasonably priced but absolutely hate the open location. Everybody walking past can see what you are doing which can be quite embarrassing. Needs to be tucked into quiet corner or get it's own shop.

When I moved from Sydney to Melbourne I was lost without my usual eyebrow lady. I went to countless places and was always unsatisfied. I walked past one day and thought I would try them and I haven’t gone anywhere else since! Everybody that works there is lovely and professional and I always walk out with perfect eyebrows. I would definitely recommend.

I absolutely adore this place! I have been a regular for over a year now when my boyfriend said “babe, try this place” honestly walking into this salon was the best decision I have made when it comes to cosmetics. The ladies are so lovely and very welcoming any time of the day! They come with a professional attitude and are passionate in ensuring that you walk out with a smile on your face and eye brows to die for! My eye brows are always perfect and lashes last longer than other places. If I could give 10 stars I would in a heart beat. Keep doing what you’re doing ladies! See you Thursday night!
