I have been using these guys since I purchased my house 8 years ago. I could not speak highly enough of their ongoing commitment to customer service, they always seem to go above and beyond. They do generally care about their customers. I would not think about going anywhere else and I travel a couple of suburbs on a regular basis. Lovely and caring and knowledgeable proprietor, seem to have everything I've ever needed as I've never left disappointed. Nothing to do with pools is ever cheap, but their prices aren't over-the-top.
