Paid for a 2 hour package that lasted for 1 hour 40 minutes. It was supposed to include a neck and shoulder massage which didn’t occur. Also requested focus areas which were ignored. I have never had a facial where the technician leaves for the majority, sits on her phone, disturbs the client when she forgets to turn the volume down and an add starts playing. My experience of facials is when product is setting, head, neck and declatage I’d worked on. A very disappointing experience.

Great massage in a funky little room, above a Japanese restaurant. Very professional,using towels, oils etc.
