Was my first time entering the store just going to buy some yeti stuff. While I was there I went to look at rods and reels ive been eyeing off for a while. All up was prepared to spend about $800 stood there at the reel cabinets for about 10 minutes without anyone e en asking i needed a hand. The next few blokes that walk into the store are greeted with 'hello and how can I help you today'. If youre not happy to help me then I'm not happy to spend my money here. Decided not to buy anything and I will not be back. Ps all you're fishing gear is about 30 to 60 bucks dearer than most other retailers.
