Found the people very helpful, pleasant, and a pleasure to do business with. Insured my boat and the price was by far the best price available. Rated them 5 stars clearly. When I sold my boat and cancelled the policy it was handled the same way. 5*

Would not recommend this company.nAfter calling to inquire about boat insurance, the man we spoke to displayed a poor attitude and suboptimal customer service throughout the whole phone call.nnIf they don't treat their customers with respect during initial contact, there is little chance they will treat them with honesty and respect when you try to claim insurance.nnWe will be looking elsewhere for insurance.

Have had 3 boats insured over the past 9 years with trident and never made a claim until this year when the boat and trailer were jackknifed, it has been the 2 months and the worst customer service I have ever had. They will try anything to get out of paying you for damages even after getting multiple quotes that say the same thing, very unprofessional.
