Service is fine, my only issue is with the opening hours. I specifically went there at 8:30am to pick up a parcel before work but even at 8:45 there was no sign of opening. Please either be true to your opening hours or change your opening hours to reflect what time you'll actually be there so you don't waste other people's time.

I took my Aus passport photo here, best photo i took from POSTs so far. Staff here are very nice and good at photo shooting, and they do care whether customer is satisfied about the result, that’s the best thing I expect. Highly recommend!

I find the staff here the friendliest of all post office staff in Melbourne. Always happy to use their services. No bad experiences to report as of yet, and I’ve used this as my local for several months

The owner and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They took great passport photo for my little baby within couple minutes. I went to few photo shops nearby, but they refused to take baby photos. The owner always ready to go extra mile for the customer. Trying and making an effort to help customer. Great Service!
