Australia Post - Pascoe Vale South LPO

Lovely staff and great service every time. Living in an apartment, I can't get parcels delivered directly, so its been wonderful having such a friendly local post office to pick parcels up from.

Very rude and un experienced staff but blame clients. One of the worst post office I ever attended.

Just did some printings today and the lady in counter is so rude. She already did the printings then later she said the file is too large and it didn't print the full document. Shouldn't she say before or atleast a sorry or tell me that nicely. But no paying for useless service and useless staffs.

Terrible customer service, asking for clarifications on why my parcel didn’t arrive while I’ve received a pick up note in my mail was considered abuse by the younger lady in service, kept going on a rant and asked me to leave the shop or she will call the police, it was a real surprise really, definitely not triggered by the conversation which makes me think if there’s a mental issue involved. Overall, a terrible experience, in contact with Aus Post now to try and avoid picking up any parcels from there.

I have been so pleased with the amount of help I have received by the wonderful staff at Auspost, Pascoe Vale South. They are always so welcoming and knowledgeable, I have visited regularly the last 2 weeks with hundreds of questions to get my online business ready. Thank you for making my life a lot easier these days!
