Australia Post Brunswick North LPO

Would give a 0 stars if possible, the worst customer service I have ever come across in my life. Glad to see from the other reviews that people agree and also disgusted at some of the encounters that people have had. Just thankful mine hasn't resulted in the loss of money or belongings like others, yet... Have submitted an official complaint to Australia Post although I doubt that will change anything. Dreaming of the day Australia Post cease to exist and a company that runs to modern professional standards take it's place. Even Dominos Pizza is so much more technologically advanced and miles ahead in customer service, and it's a Pizza chain!!

Do not try to get your Passport ID photo taken here - it will not be accepted and they will not refund you.

A lovely couple run this post office.

The few times I've been in there, one staff member in particular has been rude and unhelpful
