Use to work there when it was was run by the PMG. Of course it was a Commonwealth public service place of business so if you didn't perform, you was out the door.......things obviously have changed.

The Asian woman is an absolute cow. Tries to charge you extra money for passport photos and makes you jump through hoops to get anything done. Avoid this PO.

Majority of staff here are so rude. Really don’t know how can they got a job which requires service mind when they don’t have it. Warning if you have to go there, please prepare for Dealing with rude staff.

Terrible shipping time, estimated was Wednesday-Friday and it is still not here, paid express too

The asian old lady is very rude. She doesn’t even know how to smile. Worst customer service.
