Patrick is an excellent operator, who knows most people by name. Keep up the good work.
I chose to use this LPO in preference to two others which are a little closer. As a small business, posting most days of the week, I find the staff helpful and responsive. Wait times are low, once you identify the quiet periods. It has an old time village PO feel to it.
Please don't hold this LPO responsible for delivery of parcels. That is a larger Australia Post responsibility. Blame the AP strategy of using delivery drivers, working under Uber like conditions.
Quick and easy.
They have to STOP leaving parcels in a safe place because there's no such a thing especially at my house. My house has no gate and security door and no lock for the letter box. How can they possibly find a safe place to leave parcels here? And yep my thing s got stolen just because they're too lazy to leave me the collection ticket. And will they pay me back for what I lost, NO.
I think the staff are lovely and helpful. I just hate the opening hours as I have to wait until Saturday to pick up my packages. Wish they were open late on one weekday.
