If I could give it no stars I would. Appalling service, incapable of managing newspaper deliveries and the shop itself has gone downhill since these owners took over.
Don’t bother using this post office. I had a letter that I needed to post express. For some reason the stickers were stuck on the wrong side and the letter was express posted back to me! It was very irritating and stressful because the letter needed to be in NSW the day it turned up on my doorstep. Moonee Ponds post shop couldn’t figured out what they had done.
The worst post office, lost me a parcel worth over $300. Always causes me issues and manager never in store and un contactable
Like others comments above, this post office and service is rubbish. They don't keep the hours stated on the website either. Previous owners were a whole lot better.
This place never opens during the times as advertised - they open late, close early. The opening hours on Google are wrong. They don't like customers collecting their parcels here, you can tell from their face that they feel being inconvenienced when someone is trying to collect parcels.
