Excellent service, always leave very happy with my hair cut

I had my hair cut and colored by Stefano on Friday, I have been attending your hair dressers 6 years, driving from Canberra for the last two years, for your friendly staff and elite product!!! I want to share the fact, that I received the best color and cut of my life. I want to yell it to the world, but my hair has spoken for itself! With all I meet commenting and asking of my glorious new style. The service was so genuine, delivered by such a beautiful sole. Not too bad at what they do, but I had a haircut here last Xmas eve. I was doing a big chop before a trip and having long, long hair I expected that I could cut it off in phases.nnUnfortunately, the hairdresser I got (Who was clearly exhausted and over it, as to be expected for that time of the year) blatantly refused to cut my hair in stages, spent about 15 minutes and chopped it unevenly, sending me on my way without so much as a goodbye.nnIf I'm paying for a service, and you've accepted my appointment, regardless of the time of the year it is a very basic expectation that you fulfill it as I ask. I've hated my hair ever since! Her chop made it grow back wonky. Haven't been back to that salon either.nnI'd been around 4 times prior and all was okay but they did keep me waiting a number of times. Im not one to complain but when you're charging me 50 dollars for a haircut I expect a bit of respect.

I've been a regular here since moving to Five Dock more than 25 years ago. Thank you Anna for always sending me off with a spring in my step and a miraculous few years snipped off. Always perfect for cut and colour, as well as a good chat!
