Rowlee Wines

We had such a great experience at Rowlee Wines! All the wines we tasted were excellent - and we had an amazing picnic on the property enjoying local farm fresh food and produce with a bottle of our choice. Beautiful surrounds, we saw loads of parrots and kangaroos in the distance. A very pleasant and relaxing afternoon! Everyone there was so lovely. Thanks so much, we'll be back!

Best winery out of several that we tried in Orange. Wines were on the softer/delicate side, which was what we were looking for. Nicole, one of the principals/owners, was kind enough to host our tasting and teach us about wine glasses. Would highly recommend.

Pretty disappointing experience. They allowed a walk in which is great but the staff seemed interested in engaging with us. We only had one offhanded conversation with a staff member while she cleaned a table next to us. There were two other tables at the time and both doing the same experience that the staff engaged with a lot more. One table was even offered to taste reds that weren't on the standard tasting, an offer which was not extended to us even though we clearly stated that we only drink reds. Perhaps we looked too young for them. Extra star because at least they smiled while ignoring us.

Nice looking place and good wines, however is on the pricey side, on average $40 per bottle. The staff were lovely and took us as walk ins but didn’t tell us a $10pp setting fee is required. Usually I don’t mind paying it if it gets deducted of the wine purchase, but it’s wasn’t the case here. Also the tasting table is preset, so you can’t choose which ones you want to taste. Not ideal tasting experience for me, but if you like it go for it.

Amazing service and beautiful setting! The cheese board was generous and the wine was delicious. We had the entire outdoor area to ourselves, Orange's best kept secret!
