I cannot say enough good things about Svenja. She was absolutely outstanding and worth every penny. About two years into my partner visa, my circumstances became very complicated and time critical and Svenja went above and beyond to help me. She is proactive and very responsive to calls and emails. I never waiting more than one business day for Svenja to do anything, the only delays were only on my end. Highly recommended!

We chose Adelaide Migration Agents to help with an application for Offshore Partner Visa for a French Citizen. As my partner and I were both living In France, we decided to go to the free initial consultation while on Christmas holiday in Australia. The initial consultation was with Svenja, who answered all of our questions about the process and suggested the best Visa for us to apply for: she really put our mind at ease. After returning to France, she helped us construct our application and helped getting documents translated. She was very reactive and thorough through communications with us, answering questions quickly by email and telephone. After 8 months we got the visa and I feel that Svenja and Adelaide Migration Agents were absolutely instrumental. I would highly recommend them!
