Highly disappointed with the way me and my 4 year old daughter was asked to be seated when we went in at 1.50pm on 12/3/2021.nnWe were shown a single chair ud83eude91 at a corner when there was obviously space for us to sit in the sofa ud83dudecb keeping the 1.5 meter distance.nnMy daughter who was after kindy was tired and was trying to sit on my lap with me having the documents brought to hand over and finally I had to stand up and demand another chair.nnI feel that we were not offered a seat on the sofa because we were “brown” as the receptionist did offer the sofa to the next “white lady” who walked in.nnI am wondering whether the “white people” pay more money to BUPA to get such treatment.nnYou may check your CCTV to substantiate my statement.nnPS : The staff member who attended to my work (I can’t remember her name correctly - Stephanie - was extremely nice and courteous and she has been always very helpful even during my previous visits.

I found the service and advice very helping.

Stephanie was way more helpfull than I expected..got through the claim quick as a flash
