Relaxing environment, well equipped for children, and a handy dog park for 4 legged companions.nThe park has gym equipment scattered along the walking tracks for the more energetic among us. For the more sedate there are benches to sit on and watch the world relaxed.nPlenty of parking and covered tables, Saturday mornings are busy with a local park run and several groups use the facilities for training.
I don't know how I didn't know this park existed until today.nWithout a doubt one of the best parks in Logan.nLots of free BBQs, play equipment, gym equipment, parkland, a duck pond and a fishing pontoon on the river.nOne of the Barbies is near the fishing pontoon with a gazebo ud83dudc4dnDefinitely going back.nUnfortunately the gates close from 2000-0500.
Had a good time with the kids was a few different things to play on ... we may not have chose the best part of it as it was child friendly but the age for where we were may have been for older than my lil ones... but there are heaps of different parts I didn't explore .. was quite busy mid morning so if u don't mind alot of people then good times...
This place ia huge, well maintained and biggest plus point is so many BBQs available be it electric or wooden. Love our visit all the time
Great park for a picnic. Plenty if play areas with the kids and the dogs. Heaps of bbqs around. The shady spots on the grass by the river were ideal. If I had to pick at anything, it'd have to be not enough toilets and perhaps regular cleaning maintenance, it would benifit considerably considering the amount of people that frequent the park.
