Herbal Clinic by Footcare Haven

We booked in for 3 people at 6:30, we got to the hyper dome and had a look around before our appointment. I then had a call at 6:30 saying that they need to push our appointment back to 7:00, that was fine but then come 6:45 we got another call pushing back the appointment to 7:30. We got there at 7:30 and paid and then were sat down for 10 minutes as they still had people in the massage area. Once we got to the massage chairs, there were 2 seats available so 1 of us had to wait another 20 minutes before actually getting sat in a chair. They then were pretty rough with our belongings, knocking our bag and throwing our shoes at our feet. I’ve come here before and it was quite good which is why we came back a second time. But The experience overall this time was just saddening and poor.

Exceptional service. Dr Pang is a health expert who practices in traditional Chinese medicine, specifically accupuncture. I saw a significant improvement in my health, even after the first visit with him. The reflexology is traditional and the staff are well trained. The remedial massage is always firm and leaves me feeling relaxed and loosened up. The staff at this venue genuinely care about health and well-being. Each time I’ve attended I’ve had fresh towels, reasonable priced services and overall great customer service.nn5 stars !!

Massage was average. Staff spoke loudly no respect for people being there to relax and unwind, was made feel quite uncomfortable

When I was having an acupuncture treatment today I noticed staff were rolling up used towels & giving them to new customers, no excuse particularly during a pandemic.
