I told the hairdresser what i wanted, which was short hair with layers and i told her how short i wanted and she told me i shouldn't cut my hair short and proceeded to tell me what i should do and how i should blowdry and straighten my hair which i said NO because i only wanted to get a haircut but she kept insisting. Whilst cutting my hair she told me i should have a fringe which i said okay thinking it was more of a layered side fringe but instead i got bangs and a hair style i never wanted.nNow my hair looks like it's from the 70's which does not suit me at all. What happened to what the client wants they get? She disregarded what i wanted and still wanted to charge me $60 for a haircut i was not happy with. I told her i was not paying $60 especially when i didn't ask for what she gave me. I will never go back there again! Your staff really needs customer service training.

I was a walk in and was treated with 5 star service. Relaxing music, amazing wash at the basin, friendly and very clean and professional. I am excited to find this gem of a salon and look forward to my next visit.

Wow I love this place! I now have been here 4 times and every time I have received the best service..... I have found my hairdresser! I was extremely impressed with my first experience at hair opera! Louise was my hairdresser and she was absolutely amazing!! Also had Great atmosphere, professional service and care! My hair felt and looked amazing after service. I would highly recommend this hair salon and Louise!!
