I feel compelled to leave an honest review. You just cut off my sideburn after I specifically said how I wanted them cut. I’m literally missing a sideburn that was cut almost to my hairline. And then after wetting my hair I asked for it to be dried then you charged me more. Ouch. Maybe I’ll come again and change this review but until then... this is your review 0
Just poor really. I went in maybe 30 minutes out from closing and I asked to have a trim of my ends which was ok but also asked for the curtain fringe. The lady quite literally got my fringe and cut it short; not a layered fringe or anything. It’s so hard to style because she took a good 8 inches off so I have about 3 inches of fringe and then my hair is 20 inches long... I showed her the image and she just cut it and kept talking about her holiday. Also, it’s not even, one side is 1.5inches longer then the other. But I guess you get what you pay for. Was only $35 but will certainly go to a salon and pay $100 for an actual haircut.
The staff were very accommodating and friendly. My hair cut was great and such a great price. Bonus that I didn't really have to wait long to get an appointment.
Took my teenage daughter in today for a trim and a fringe and the lady was great: she listened attentively to what my daughter asked for and it turned out beautifully. We were in and out pretty quickly and my daughter loves the result.

I have been elsewhere in the past and I can assure you that she listened to me and I came out feeling much better and younger lol.
