Went in for a hair cut, the lady at reception was so gosh dawn rude I walked at and went to S+S. The reception quoted me $150 for a cut and wash. But if I wanted my hair dry so it wasn't wet whilst I was leaving the salon it would be an extra $75. I question her and said I've never heard of charging to have my hair dried, and she told me that it's common practice to charge extra for hair to be dried after its washed. Absolutely disgusting display of customer service will never come here. I 100% recommend S+S the staff are amazing and they don't over price.

Great experience. Went there to go get my hair and makeup done; the staff there were lovely. The lady doing my make-over talked me through each process and was very engaging throughout our conversation. There were moments where there were interruptions and the lady had to attend other business, but she was very polite. I don't blame her for it either because of how busy the place usually is with its limited staff and high popularity. I highly recommend this venue for anyone wishing to get a good quality make-over.
I was never one for going to the hairdresser,put since going to Stefan's i wouldn't go anywhere else, the girls at Stefan's are fantastic, highly recommended.
