This is my second visit to Sparkles at hyperdome! absolutely amazed at the results on the interior & exterior of my car hence why i came back the second time we put down 1 hour and half and it was done in an hour, beyond our expectations! defs will be back again & they also offer a loyalty program ud83eudd1eud83cudffe

I just have my new car washed and cleaned at the Sparkles Car Wash at the Hyperdome Shopping Mall, under Big W.nnWe had taken our car to Sparkles Car Wash twice before and both times, the job was not done properly, or the employees complained about having to remove items from the boot to clean inside it.nnAs our vehicle has ceramic paint protection and special interior protection, Sparkles must use a car shampoo provided by our car dealer, and mustn't use any wax or polish on the exterior and no Kitten type products on the interior surfaces.nnI have had to type up a list of DOs and DON'TS because the Sparkles employees do not know how to clean new cars in the correct manner.nnCars like ours that have RADAR units must not be sprayed with the high-pressure water device where these units are located. I've included that in the aforementioned list.nnI was so upset with the results of our two previous experiences at Sparkles Car Wash Hyperdome, I wrote some emails to the owner of the two Sparkles locations there.nnI am happy to report that our vehicle was given a free clean usually worth $65 or more.nnI want to give special praise to Samser, who ensured our new vehicle was cleaned according to my requests.nnI recommend Sparkles Car Wash to anyone who needs their vehicle cleaned to a high standard.nnAsk for Samser, if he's not at the Sparkles under the cinema, he'll be at the Sparkles under Big W. Samser will ensure your vehicle is cleaned to your satisfaction. Inside and out. If you have any special requests for your car cleaning, print a set of instructions and Sparkles Car Wash will carry them out.nnFantastic job!

DESTROYED THE CARPETS IN THE BOOT OF OUR CAR and are now lying about it as they thought this was a family car that multiple people drove it. Not realising it was a car used ONLY for work and the boot isn’t even ever used. I luckily have proof as the reason we were getting the car detailed is because the photos we had taken to possibly sell it looked awful so we have dated before and after pictures to take to the ACCC. They tried to scare us by saying they would send the footage of security cameras to the police and when I replied please do they are now refusing to send to the officers so I can confirm the video hasn’t been tampered with as ALL they have done is lying during this whole process, giving us a lot of anger and zero trust for the company
