So incredibly un helpful. Australia post is the worst business in Australia!! Charge more and do less. They close at 4pm so normal people who work cant get there and they won't deliver parcels to another location.
At least the CEO walks away with MILLIONS OF DOLLARS!!
Previous owners of the post office were lovely (Ivan) but the new owners are extremely rude, snicker when you ask questions and have 0 customer service skills. Ormond Road is my local post office but I will go ANYWHERE but there so I don't have to deal with the rude owner.
I am a Elwood local and I love the kind staff at this post office. Very patient always and such courteous nature. God bless you all.
Horrendous service - always an argument before staff are willing to attempt to find ways to help you with anything. Will be redirecting any future deliveries to my mothers house just to avoid going back into this post office again.
Worst costumer service. This is my local PO for years and I dread having to go there for anything. The ?Father & Son? are so rude.
Zero rapport with the community they work in and going by these reviews I’m not the only one who thinks this. Sell up and leave please.
