Really bad customer service !!! I’ve call today for a question, the guy didn’t even take the time to listen to me and told me to call the 131 318 before put the phone down on me! I called back a second time and he did the same, saying he was too busy!

Use this place quite often as an inpatient/outpatient over the last 12 months. Majority of the time staff have been very polite and helpful. Nice little shop to pop in and grab a magazine or scratchie to pass time by in hospital. In regards to a review by another on here that gave a 1 star review and only comment being 'busy with many sick people' , don't know if it was realised but this store is in a HOSPITAL.

Used to have owners with a strange attitude which made me feel unwelcome but haven't seen them there for a while. It's a post office anyway so it does the job.

My complaint is I sought the Postal Service staff’s advice regarding the appropriate size box to use for delivering the present. Which he complied quite politely. But I was not sure whether this Post Office required me to seal the box myself first, this member of staff who may actually be the owner, thought it was better if he did it. I then payed for the postage while he was adding official seals that described the contents of the parcel. I originally thought the owner/member of staff, was about to use dark masking tape to seal the parcel thereby covering the official seals. So I expressed my concern for my parcel. It was then when he started to lose his patience with me and proceeded to aggressively seal it across with clear masking tape. Which was correct,but he only sealed the box from side to side, leaving the other two sides of the box unsealed. I did not mean to be rude but I would have liked it if he sealed it thoroughly in front of me, without having to have me correct him. An argument between us arouse and he very impolitely discarded the parcel to one side. After I left. Of course I left feeling uncertain wether he was going to send it or not. The parcel did eventually arrive in Sweden but I am left feeling unsettled and disrespected by the newsagency.
