endota spa Port Melbourne

Had a really unfortunate experience today which was a huge disappointment. I turned up to my appointment to be told it had been removed as I didn't confirm. As a business owner myself running a salon and an agency I'm fully aware of running appointments and customer service. I received 1 call which I was unable to answer due to working in the salon myself this was on Saturday the voice message stated "Hi Jade, confirming your appointment with us on Monday at 2:30pm if you have any questions please let us know otherwise we look forward to seeing you on Monday" I received one text message requesting confirmation also on Saturday which after listening to the voice message confirming I didn't respond too. I then had a missed call today which I also was unable to answer due to working again. I went straight from work to the spa, had arranged a babysitter to look after my baby so I could enjoy my massage and my partner could go to work. Awful customer service to be told your going to be seen 2:30 then turn up and say you've been cancelled. No where does the policy state that if you don't confirm you'll be cancelled, especially after you have a voice message stating 'we look forward to seeing you Monday" I was offered someone else who "isn't great at remedial but can do a relaxing massage" which I felt was quite unprofessional. I just said its fine and left. Felt extremely disappointed and like there was no level of care, made to feel like it was my fault as they had tried to call me. Certainly won't be going back or would recommend.

I recently visited Endota spa in Port Melbourne with my mother and had my treatment with Natasha it was honestly amazing we felt so comfortable she explained everything so well we loved our experience and we’ll definitely be back

Was a great good massage albeit a bit short. I booked a 30 minute express massage that turned out to be 20 minutes of actual massage as the consultation of answering questions as well as getting the massage bed right (there was an issue with the retractable head extension) ate into the massage time which was disappointing.

Ruined my eyebrows, worst tint & wax I have ever had - I didnt even know you could make someones brows that wonky with lines not straight. Contacted them with pictures and did not even receieve a response. Incredibly disappointing.

I love this this spa!!! If your planning on having a treatment at endota spa Port Melbourne I strongly recommend you ask for Jamie!! She is amazing, she always makes you feel completely at ease and comfortable. I always walk out feeling totally relaxed. Thanks ladies
