Crown Spa Melbourne

Had a manicure and pedicure for the first time here, even though the experience and location was luxurious, it is not really worth the treatment or the price tag. My cuticles were not cut smoothly and I was left bleeding. It’s been 3 days since and all my cuticles look jagged. I do them better at home myself and the whole time I kept getting told to come back for a whole spa day with my partner - would prefer not to be sold products consistently while I’m trying to relax. Polish colours were very limited. Might stick to the nail salons in the shops.

After hearing a horrific tale from my friends after being abused by staff forcing them to wear a mask before treatment can be performed. Staff did not accept a mask exemption and pushed for the reason as per the DHS website which has a disclaimer that if you have a medical reason you are not allowed to ask for the reasoning. Staff then forced a 7 month pregnant women to pull her up mask up to the point where she could not breathe and she suffered from headaches through the whole treat emend, the staff member was unreasonable and can clearly see she was pregnant. I was planning to purchase massages for my anniversary next week but after hearing this horrible abuse on friends of mine who now had to seek medical treatment after the stressful situation. The lockers were broken along dirt and grime and the pregnant was forced to carry all her belonging to the treatment room and was dumped at the end in robe at reception as opposed to being returned to the lounge where she can get dressed in privacy. I am so disappointed and shocked to hear that a luxury hotel and wellness company would allow such a poor customer service experience with little compassion. When you are paying a premium price at a premium location you expect premium customer service with a smile. I suggest that staff reading the Victorian guidelines before forcing customers to go into there private medical history. I will be also never be using the facilities at crown at all after hearing such a shocking story. I will be emailing the photos of the dirt and grim in the lockers that clearly have never been cleared prior to COV19. Staff need to read the department of health website before making customers feel uncomfortable.

So amazing, as you would expect from Crown. Literally my favourite place to relax!

Decided to spoil my bestie for her birthday with a massage and facial and ended up feeling like I had given myself I didn't know I need so badly myself! She got the 1 hour relaxation massage and walked out of there looking like she had just had the best sleep of her life. I got the Wild Kashmir Facial which was so relaxing and left me looking 10 years younger! The best part was that by getting services, we got access to the pool & sauna facilities at Crown Towers for the whole day. I highly recommend Crown Spa when life just gets too much. You deserve it!
