Natasha is so professional and knowledgeable, couldn't recommend more highly! I'm always skeptical trusting a therapist with my eyebrows but Natasha worked her magic, perfectly measured them out and absolutely love them. Her clinic has such a warm, welcoming vibe and felt instantly at home. So glad I have found a clinic so close to home that meets all my needs, will definitely be a regular!!

Had a great experience down at the spa whilst getting my chest and torso waxed. The team down there are very professional, hygienic & friendly. Genevieve completed a thorough and amazing job. She was gentle & polite! Have also had my eyebrows done by Ivana who is truly an expert! Would recommend Natasha’s Skin Spa to everyone! The team have created a great environment and they are all so knowledgable! Tash herself has lots of great advice to share on everything self care! Would be lost with out the ongoing support of the team!

I started visiting Tash and her lovely team in preparation for my wedding back in 2012 when I was still living in Southbank. I’ve since moved away from Southbank and 2 kids later, the level of skincare knowledge and excellent service provided by Natasha keeps me going back. I recently asked Tash to advise me on lockdown skin needs, by just describing the state of my skin over the phone (due to current restrictions), she recommended new serums for my needs and in just over a weekend I could really notice my skin’s improvement in elasticity and hydration! I’m looking forward to be able to visit the spa again for treatments :)

I see Ivana for laser hair removal, she is very professional, knows everything about laser & does a great job. She never misses any bits like the last clinic I went to, and she always makes me feel comfortable. The rooms are clean & private, and I love all the small things they do here to make you feel like a VIP customer. I’m a client for life, I would never go anywhere else now. Definitely try this place for laser.

It was an amazing experience at Natasha Spa. With one basic facial, I can see the improvement and my skin saterted glowing. Thanks to Beta for her magical touch and massage, it was so relaxing and tranquilising experience. Yeah....I cant for my second facial soon. Thanks guys for such wonderful customer service. PS: thanks to Natasha, she really knows how to take care of her customers. I was hurrying to my meeting after the facial and she told me to pay my invoice later and did not make me wait. BEST People and Best FACIALS
