Amazing service. Fantastic staff. Wax, hair, nails, massage, facial. All under one beautiful roof.
Went home and cried.
The blow dry was painful, no heat protectant was used and she had to be reminded to use hairspray.
The curls even before leaving were uneven some bent weird and had no volume i had to ask her to fix the same curl multiple times and then they all fell out in an hour anyway.
only plus side was the staff were all nice just my experience was really really upsetting.
I love this place. The service is outstanding and it always feels so welcoming. Everything is kept so clean and hygienic. The staff are all wonderful and helpful which is a great testament to how the owners, Linda and Dita are with their staff and clients. If they ever moved locations, I would follow. I have no hesitation in recommending Papillon Day Spa.
I treated my boyfriend and I to a massage, facial and foot massage. The experience was lovely and great value for money. Dita is so sweet and goes above and beyond for her clients. Could not recommend the experience more highly. Will definitely be back soon.
Wonderful owners providing comfortable environment to enjoy all that a day spa has to offer. Be pampered and head down too see Dita and Linda. Guys, hair removal available top to toe and great massages.
