Lovely service and was greeted by very friendly staff who were all willing to answer questions! The ladies at the spa treated us with incredible smiles and warm personalities, going in was a breeze and we spent a beautiful morning here. The facilities were good for a weekday especially, not many people and lots of space to enjoy.
I felt 100% comfortable
Very disappointing experience. We made a booking months ago for a group spa day including lunch and treatments for 7 of us, for one of our friend's 40th birthdays. Today on our arrival we were informed they had cancelled our bookings! A number of us aren't from Melbourne and had come in from overseas and interstate for the occasion. Despite us confirming the appointments a few days ago an error in their system cancelled our whole booking. They were really unhelpful in trying to redeem the day in any way too. Very disappointing.
Warm friendly service. My mother and I had a wonderful afternoon being pampered. Absolutely loved the massage.
Awesome atmosphere and experience. Lovely facilities with city views and plenty of room to relax. The Massuers were very professional and skilled. Would certainly recommend for a special occasion or just the need to unwind and relax.
